Who we are
This policy describes how we collect, use and protect your personal data, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Romanian Law no. 190/2018.
What data we collect
We only collect the data needed to respond to you and provide the requested services:
- Identification and contact data (name, email, phone) from the contact, quote, career and newsletter forms.
- Information about your project, which you provide voluntarily.
- Strictly necessary technical data (IP address, consent timestamp) as proof of consent.
Legal basis and purpose
We process data based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR — newsletter, forms), our legitimate interest in answering your requests, or for entering into and performing a contract.
How long we keep data
We keep data only as long as necessary for the purpose it was collected. Candidate CVs are kept for a maximum of 12 months, after which they are deleted or anonymised.
Your rights
Under GDPR, you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. You can exercise them by writing to our contact address.
